Remember get a good night sleep Friday and Saturday night because you probably won&#039;t be sleeping on Sunday night!  Also, fuel and hydrate this week!
Tracey, Rich and I are signed up for Cranberry Olympic, so we&#039;ll see you there!!</description>

Sorry I&#039;ve been so quite on FitBricks, life has been beyond busy and I&#039;m doing my best to keep all of the balls in the air!  If you need me, please email me.  But, I could not let this next event go by without addressing it.  Many of you know that Jessica G. will be running the Boston Marathon for the first time as part of the Dana Farber group.  In support of her run, we have to cover 26.2 miles that day running.  This will give her support while she is out there hitting the pavement (believe me, it works!).   Who&#039;s in!?  I&#039;m planning on riding over to the marathon from my house about 7:30am so that I can see her start.  I&#039;ll then come home and run the delta of what we need to make it 26.2.  Anyone is welcome to join me for either or both of these activies.  Email me with what your planning.  I&#039;ll also send an email.  Go Jess!!!!!</description>
