News From Denver

Hi Guys here from Denver, Co.  Boy do I have some fun stuff for coaching next year!  But first, some BIG news about the “Danskin” program for next year.

Heartzones and Danskin have decided to go their separate ways, and the “Danskin Women’s Triathlon Series” will now become the “Trek Women’s Triathlon Series”.  This is very exciting news to have Trek be the premier sponsor of this race series.  I don’t have all of the details yet, but they will have the same races at the same venues next year, so Webster will continue, just with a new title sponsor.  I’ll keep you updated as I find out more.

This weekend, I spent two days getting certified as a Heartzones Triathlon Coach.  I learned their methodology and got some great tools to incorporate into my coaching arsenal!  Just wait until next year’s programs start!  Now I can add Heartzones Triathlon Coach to the Heartzones Personal Training certification I got last month.  This is great to round out my triathlon knowledge.  It’s always great to see various program’s methodology so I can keep building on my knowledge to pass along to you
