Marie’s Yummy Lunch Sandwich

I’ll start by adding Marie’s yummy recipe with my minor adjustment:

I took a small whole wheat pita, and split it. I spread 1 side with honey cup mustard, just a little. I then, sliced a small tomato, 1/2 a cucumber, 1 tiny bit of red onion, all VERY THIN, and threw it on. Next I added about 1 1/2 ounces of dill flavored low-fat harvati cheese, sliced VERY THIN, and threw alphalfa sprouts on top of that and two thin sliced radishes.

Diane’s comment:  The only thing I think you should add is turkey and/or hummus and then it would be a perfect lunch!
