Thanks so much Mike, I appreciate the support. What a fantastic journey we are all on. I can’t wait to meet up with everyone the days before IMFL to compare stories!

Thanks Doug! You are doing an amazing job this year. It’s hard to do when you’re working full time, huh? :-) LOVE those early morning workouts. Actually, I do like to workout first thing. It gets me moving for the day.

I am a former client and current friend of Diane. Though our lives keep us so busy, her voice is always with me. She taught me so much about triathlons, healthy eating, and smart exercising. Her energy, positive attitude, and extensive knowledge created a motivational balance that I needed to get back on track with working out. Though I have few races recently, my workouts are far more effective than they were pre-Diane. I have Diane to thank for my progress. LOVE THAT WOMAN!

Diane has been my coach @ Westborough Tennis & Swim. Not new to fitness, but new to triathalon, I have found Diane to be a wickapedia of information on the sport, kind of my own, on star coach!!!

I met Diane at parent teacher confrences when she was a school teacher and started talking about cycling. I believe the following year we did the Pan Mass Challenge together. On the second day of the Pan Mass Diane was not feeling well however, as you might have guessed this did not stop her. After a brief recovery and much to my amazement, she was at the first water stop. She is a rock star and a very strong person who never gives up. I feel very fortunate to have her coaching me and giving me the encouragement I need to get through my first tri. Thank you Diane and I look forward to seeing you cross the finish line in November. If anyone wants to join me in Fla. to cheer her on, let me know.

I have known Diane for about 2yrs and I have been her client for since September 2007. I have never been really big on fitness; even though I know how important it is to be physically active. Diane has a great knowledge for fitness and nutrition. She puts together a fitness program that best fits your needs. With the wide range of exercises and workout programs you’re bound to find your nudge. Through Diane I have discovered the fun and joy of fitness. I am now running, swimming, cycling and every now and then I participate in the Zumba and Kwando class. I wake up every morning, I put on my work out clothes or swim suit, send my daughter of to school and keep on going to the gym. If I have an hour I work out for an hour but if I only have 10 minutes then at least I worked out for 10 minutes (this was Diane’s idea). Diane has been coaching and helping me prepare to run my first 5k in May (who would have thought) and participate in a mini-tri in July…I can’t wait! I feel better about myself each day and never give my new routine a second thought. I promise myself to make this my lifetime journey. Diane, I thank you for all of your help and support. Much Love! Jess-

Jess, I’m so impressed with your progress in not only your activity level, but your whole attitude. You are doing fantastically and I can’t wait to be there when you finish that 5k and your first Tri! Keep up the great work.
