Coaching Services

Whether you just need a personalized plan to get you to your first triathlon, or you are an experienced triathlete and you want to improve your times, Diane can help you to achieve your goals.

Coaching Levels

Personalized 1×1 Coaching- If you want to be coached in person on an hourly basis, this level is for you.  Diane will coach you on an hourly basis in swimming, biking, running, strength training or other triathlon related activities.

Development of a Personalized Annual Training Plan (PATP)- This coaching level is for you if you want a coach to create a training plan for you to implement on your own.  It will be a personalized plan with your training and/or racing goals and catered to your schedule.  Whether you want to complete your first triathlon, your first individual sport race, or, you are out to set a PR, the PATP developed will be specific to you.

Personalized Training- This coaching level is for you if you want an ongoing coach to assist you to create a personalized training plan, and to work with you throughout the implementation of it on a weekly or daily basis.  A minimum 3 month commitment is required.  You will receive unlimited email and phone support during the contracted time, and a scheduled weekly call for more in depth coaching support.
