		<description>Jen, the key is to fuel your workout by eating well before, during and after.  This will give you appropriate energy during your workout and recovery after.  But then eat normally.  You don&#039;t need more than this.  On any workouts under or around an hour you probably don&#039;t need any fuel during your workout.  Water is fine. G2 if it is hot out (it has electrolytes).  Everyone is different so the key is to practice in training what you plan to do in the race and you&#039;ll see if there are any issues that you can then adjust in your next training session.
