Oh, the rain….thwarts our plans AGAIN
Bummer, it’s another 45 degree and raining day. We had a great workout planned to ride 25miles to a 5k race, do the race and ride home. I have a nutrition plan to test and everything. Oh well…I guess I’ll do a trainer workout, run the race, then try to get motivated to do another trainer workout. THAT will be hard to do!
This will be my third run since after a 4-week hiatus. The first two runs went very well, so I’m encouraged. Although I just realized that the 1/2 ironman I am doing is in 8 weeks! Yikes. I feel ready on the swim and bike, but my run mileage is just getting rebuilt.
