When your workout stinks

I just had one of the worst workouts. I had no energy, no power, just blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I know it’s part of the process, but it stinks. I’ve also gained back 5 of the 10lbs I lost before going into the holidays.

So here I am in that “what was I thinking signing up for IMFL” mood. But, no fret, I know this too will pass! I’m heading into a 5 day mandatory no run-no bike session so my joints and leg muscles should enjoy the break, and I KNOW I’ll feel better on the otherside of the break.

Hopefully you all are having a better time of it!
